This client is based in Sk Kilda, Melbourne and were looking for a real estate web designer who could deliver a timely solution for their new real estate agency. We build their website from WordPress using one of our real estate themes adjusting it with their logo and colours.

Richardson & Website head office contracted Agentpoint to build them a new web solution for their National Head Office site and franchise offices. The online real estate solution we devised was based around the Worpdress Multi User (WPMU) platform and includes a national website, individual franchise websites, mobile phone sites and also facebook applications.
The advantages of using WPMU is that the code base for all sites in the network is situated in one location meaning managing, updating and deploying new sites is a lot easier than running individual sites. It also means the sites can share data easily as they share the same database as one another. We’ve built a real estate cache plugin which optimises page load times across the WPMU install which allows a greater experience for users.

GetRealty are a Canberra based ACT real estate portal who required a complete solution for their real estate cooperative portal. They needed a real estate website designer who had a system which could manage the ongoing importation of real estate property data feeds to populate their portal with property listings. GetRealty are using Zoo Property to complete their imports and are using a front end website built from a combination of WordPress and native PHP.
We use extensive website caching on their portal to provide an optimal experience for website users and have also included other mobile, QR Code, SMS and tagging technology. GetRealty aim to differentiate themselves from their competitors by providing a one stop shop for their listing agents. For web browsers they offer a unique experience through a combination of new and interesting real estate technology.

Richardson & Wrench Noosa are one of the leading real estate agents in Noosa, Queensland and were looking to work with a real estate website designer to relaunch their ageing website. We built them a custom wordpress real estate website and additional wordpress plugins to help keep the gap between themselves and their competitors.
The additional WordPress plugins we built them include a real estate e-mag plugin, local business plugin, splash page plugin, numerous social networking widgets and a custom pdf brochure tool. They also opted for one of our mobile phone real estate websites which browsers will see if they enter Noosa’s site via a mobile phone.

NRAS Residential are a real estate agency based in Perth, Western Australia who specialise in the sale of investment properties where tax incentives are received from the government. An important part of the NRAS website was to capture browser details and also showcase the tax savings available. We built them a special WordPress tax calculation plugin which allows browsers to enter their personal savings and income details and the tax benefits through purchasing a property can be seen.
NRAS are also taking advantage of Zoo Property and importing properties belonging to 3rd parties to showcase them on their website. We used one of our WordPress real estate themes and re-branded it to look and feel like the NRAS brand and will continue to work with the client to provide effective real estate web design services.

Ristic real estate are located in Mill Park Victoria and were another franchisee who left and started their own brand. They required an online real estate solution which was similar to what they had experienced as a franchisee but was cost effective and had more technological features.
Ristic real estate purchased one of our worpdress real estate themes and had a few minor custom adjustments made to give them their own individual feel. They are planning to utilise the wordpress blogging feature in their real estate website as a tool to keep their database of subscribers up to date and informed about what’s going on in the market.
Move On Realty is a real estate agent based in Redcliffe Queensland who chose to purchase one of our WordPress real estate websites. We re-branded the theme with their logo and colours and had it finished within 2 weeks. We’ve utlised video on their homepage and attempted to showcase their brand, location, staff and listings.

Grand real estate are based in Dee Why in the Northern Beaches of Sydney and had ended their franchisee and needed to work with a real estate web designer to launch their new brand. Grand Real Estate purchased one of our WordPress real estate themes and switched off a few things they no longer required.
Grand Real Estate also opted to purchase our real estate mobile phone sites, facebook real estate applications and our iPad and tablet real estate website. They launched as an independent agency with a “bang” making them the most technological and contemporary real estate agency in the Dee Why area.

All real estate agencies need to have an effective channel by which team members can communicate with one another and share documents and other internal resources. Using the WordPress CMS Agentpoint have devised a secure intranet web based solution whereby team members are granted their own access to a secure area where they can communicate and share agency documents.

This client was a brand new R&W office which opened in Sydney city and Circular Quay who needed a real estate website launched very quickly. They chose our Dewi theme which we were able to re-brand it within a day and launched it within a few days. The real estate theme uses our WordPress technology and various real estate plugins we use. The client list their properties through MyDesktop which are then automatically sent through to our Zoo Property system.
