Place Estate Agents are one of the leading real estate agents in the prestigious suburb Double Bay in Sydney”s Eastern Suburbs. Place purchased one of our real estate theme websites around 18 months ago as they quickly needed to upgrade from their previous website provider.

The Place brand has built up recognition over the past 18 months and after a minor rebrand a few weeks ago we worked with the client to launch a new web solution. Place are at the forefront of video in the Eastern Suburbs so we made that a feature of their site. Their website is also fully optimised for iPad and tablet websites providing browsers with an exciting user experience.

Richardson & Website head office contracted Agentpoint to build them a new web solution for their National Head Office site and franchise offices. The online real estate solution we devised was based around the Worpdress Multi User (WPMU) platform and includes a national website, individual franchise websites, mobile phone sites and also facebook applications.

The advantages of using WPMU is that the code base for all sites in the network is situated in one location meaning managing, updating and deploying new sites is a lot easier than running individual sites. It also means the sites can share data easily as they share the same database as one another. We’ve built a real estate cache plugin which optimises page load times across the WPMU install which allows a greater experience for users.

GetRealty are a Canberra based ACT real estate portal who required a complete solution for their real estate cooperative portal. They needed a real estate website designer who had a system which could manage the ongoing importation of real estate property data feeds to populate their portal with property listings. GetRealty are using Zoo Property to complete their imports and are using a front end website built from a combination of WordPress and native PHP.

We use extensive website caching on their portal to provide an optimal experience for website users and have also included other mobile, QR Code, SMS and tagging technology. GetRealty aim to differentiate themselves from their competitors by providing a one stop shop for their listing agents. For web browsers they offer a unique experience through a combination of new and interesting real estate technology.

Richardson & Wrench Noosa are one of the leading real estate agents in Noosa, Queensland and were looking to work with a real estate website designer to relaunch their ageing website. We built them a custom wordpress real estate website and additional wordpress plugins to help keep the gap between themselves and their competitors.

The additional WordPress plugins we built them include a real estate e-mag plugin, local business plugin, splash page plugin, numerous social networking widgets and a custom pdf brochure tool. They also opted for one of our mobile phone real estate websites which browsers will see if they enter Noosa’s site via a mobile phone.

Di Jones Real Estate are a real estate agency who specialise in selling and leasing real estate in Paddington and Wollahra in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney. Di Jones undertook a small rebrand and we were required to implement this into their web solution. The site is very clean and has a crisp feel to it. Land.com.au is a new real estate portal Agentpoint has finished building and launched in the Australian market. With an excellent domain name Land.com.au specialise in advertising Land for sale across Australia. The site is built from WordPress and uses the Agentpoint real estate plugin and syncs with the property listing system Zoo Property. Agents wanting to list their property on land can manually enter them into Zoo Property or have their existing software provider automatically send their listings across to Zoo Property.

Your home away from home is a new site launched by Di Jones Real Estate and is designed to lease short term accommodation in the Eastern suburbs of Sydney. The site largely models the new Di Jones real estate website but has be branded with the Your Home Away From Home logo.

The client uses Sherlock Software system SecureBookIt to mange the property data on the website. So we were required to build a WordPress plugin which syncs with Secure Bookit and Sherlock Software systems pulling live information in relation to the availability and pricing. If you’re after a website which can handle online bookings for holiday accommodation then we recommend using the Sherlock system.
