Capital Property Advisory is Australia’s leading independent residential property advisory firm. They came to Agentpoint requiring a website which could showcase their skills and experience in this area. Although we were not responsible for the design we did transform the psd design into a wordpress website.

We built a small wordpress plugin which popups when users first land on the homepage and prompts them to subscribe to the latest property advisory news. The plugin is working well and is allow Capital Property Advisory to build their database.

The client had recently upgraded their website but now required a blog to take advantage of Web 2.0 and in particular Social Networking.

We built a blog and attached it to the Market News section of their existing website making sure it is identical to the original site. Users can jump between sites and have know idea they are ever leaving the original real estate website.

The blog synchronizes with Twitter creating tweets for every post created and utilizes the other search engine friendly WordPress features including tags, categories and meta tag creation.

Agentpoint owns and operate Business2 the leading Australian real estate industry news and technology blog. We decided to give Business2 a revamp and include all the latest in social networking such as automated Twitter notifications for every post, enhanced user profile functions to display author contact details and the ability for the website owner to easily adjust widgets and website colour scheme. Other features include latest comments, recent posts, most popular articles, simialr posts, wp polls, advertising plugin to display advertisements and an enhacned blog roll to allow site owners to build up links.

We have just delivered a new project website to Lawford International. This website was built to market and display the new development and property projects Lawford International are involved with.

Our project plugin has been used extensively through out this website and has been modified to meet the client’s needs. A new design was used for the property display page which clearly outlines property features and widgets.

Rentmy Carpark was an enjoyable project and uses a number of WordPress plug-ins. The basis of the website is to allow carpark owners located across Australia to rent their carparks to the public. Rentmy Carpark demonstrates the usefulness of WordPress as a SEO friendly CMS: each new carpark added creates a new WordPress post.

We mashed carpark results into Google maps and through a combination of AJAX and JavaScript users can view full results, comments and enquiry forms from the one page.

There is a fully developed administration area for carpark owners to add and manage their carpark listings. This area allows owners to screen and reply to comments, view analytics for their ads, amend ads and pay for their ads using PayPal through an e-commerce plug-in we developed.
